If you're in the mood for Thai food, you know who to call! If you want any of the recipes let me know, I'd be happy to pass them on.
*Thai Lettuce Wraps
*Mushroom & Snow Pea Stir-Fry

*Thai Fried Bananas
*Pineapple Salad with Cucumber & Peanuts (this was one of my favorites)

*Pad Thai
*Mango Sticky Rice
There were two other dishes that I didn't try so I didn't take pictures of them. Thai Iced Coffee and the Hot & Sour Soup (I hate mushrooms).

YUM!!! That all looks amazing! Why do you have to live so far away?
"Hey, can I get the portabello sandwich without the mushroom?"
You rock, why don't you take a Kentucky cookin' class? In time of famine it will be more helpful. Everyone should know how to catch n' kill squirrel, frog and varmint and be able to turn them into tasty 30-minute meals...but I guess Thai is probably more company friendly. Everyone gets excited when you say Thai bananas, no one gets excited for squirrel puddin'
Can I please, please have the Pad Thai recipe? It all looks delicious...kind of jealous and very impressed!
I would love the pad thai recipe and the garlic shrimp (john loves shrimp). It all looks preety good though!! jess
