Here I am at 18 weeks!
I'm starting to get the belly bump and can't wait until it is perfectly round so people have no question I'm really pregnant and not just getting an extreme pot gut. A coworker of mine that hadn't seen me in months saw me the other day and asked me if I was pregnant. I had my winter coat covering my stomach so there was no way she'd be able to tell. When I asked her how she knew she said, "oh, you're carrying it all in your face". GREAT! That just made me feel awesome!
We find out what we're having next Monday (the 29th), so stay tuned!

when she said "all in your face" she meant the pregnancy glow...really, she did. And I did the ring over the palm thing in your honor and it predicts that you're going to have a democrat! Boy, was I surprised!!! Good luck with that!

Cute belly, and here's what I have learned along the way. People always say dumb things when you are pregnant that make you feel really great about yourself. It's called foot in mouth disease. I can't wait to hear on Monday what you are having. You really do look super cute!
What are you talking about, you can totally tell you are pregnant and you have a cute baby belly! And just so you know, I seriously cannot WAIT for next Monday. I couldn't sleep the night before our anatomy scan!
OH my gosh, someone said "you're carrying it all in your face"??? AAHH! I know I DID carry it all in my face, but if someone would have said that to me, I would have lost it! As it is, you are NOT carrying it in your face. I LOVE your baby's home! You look great (and I love the sweater).

What the rude comment?? You are not carrying it in your face, you're carrying it in your belly, which is clearly adorable! People say the stupidest things when you're pregnant, good lands. You look awesome!

I agree with what Carrie said- "all in your face" definitely means the glow- I saw it at 12 weeks when we had breakfast before you told me! You look beautiful!!!

Mer...you are so beautiful! I am so excited for the both of you. You are a way cute pregger mamma. People have started saying dumb things, but have they started petting your stomach yet? People would come up to me and start touching my stomach all the time. It drove me nuts. Enjoy your baby and I can hardly wait until next months picture. Love you!

"Carrying it in your face?" Ridiculous. Just wait until you have 2 months to go and strangers ask you if you are due any day. That's also fun. Oh, and tell Dan it is NOT cheesy to tell your wife she looks beautiful pregnant, but it is hilarious to write it on her blog! Did he forget you live together?
