That sounds like so much fun! I'm totally jealous! I loooove Thai food - there is only one Thai restaurant within 40 miles - ouch!
I WISH I could take the class with you!
only you, next year sign up for belly dancing or stripper lessons : )
OOO...when is the class? I would love to join you! :)

Let me know when you do Mango Sticky rice. That is my favorite dessert EVER! YUMMY! I love thai food. I want some of your recipes when you finish, k?
SO envious - please, please share the recipes!!
oh man! I wish I could take classes like that. I love cooking ethnic food but do you think I have time now or that my girls will eat it? NO! Enjoy it for me!
i wish i lived closer. . . i would be right there with you!!
If you ever feel like eating Thai out, to prove that yours is far superior of course, try Neisha's at Tysons. The entrance is outside across from Circuit City. I try new Thai restaurants everywhere that we go (including B.A) and NOTHING is better than Pad Thai at Neisha's. I can't wait to hear about the classes. It sounds like a blast!
