I guilted Dan into rolling out the balls of dough. I reminded him time after time that they were for him and his friends. Not very often do I let him help me in the kitchen as he makes more of a mess than he is a help. Tonight I was desperate!!
You can't go wrong with chocolate chip cookies. This is my mom's recipe and they never turn out like hers....but still delicious!
Soft, chewy ginger snaps are Dan's favorite.
Snicker doodles are my personal choice.

Mmm, I love snickerdoodles. I haven't had gingersnaps in a long time. I bet I would love them if they are soft like you described. Hmmm, maybe I'll try those out this week....
