More Cake
I didn't intend for this blog to be a cake blog, but that's basically all I've been doing with my life lately. I found a new recipe for butter cake with lime zest curd in the middle and I couldn't resist. Dan will be out of town for the week so looks like I get to enjoy this beauty all by myself.

I think it's so cool you have learned how to do this. Now I'm thinking I need to take that class. Except - I don't really love eating cake. I like the way they look though! Good Job!
