Is it me, or is this a typical "male" picture? We invited our friend over for dinner and I spent all day preparing the food. After dinner, they decided to get some zzzzz's while I cleaned up the kitchen by myself. Guess I gotta get used to this....aren't all men the same?
PS-my hubby is the one in the blue shorts!

Yes, it is a "male thing", because I am willing to bet there are very few women out there that fall asleep on the couch while the husbands clean up the kitchen. Not impossible, just highly unlikely! Must have been quite a meal. They look mighty comfy! Love, Joanna
It must be a women thing to Bitch and Moan about having to do the dishes all by themselves instead and then posting it on their blog site instead of walking over and just asking him for some help. Knowing Dan, I am sure he would have been more than happy to lend a hand. But then of course if he did, what would women have to talk about if they can't complain about their husbands.
Well, someone is having trouble with this, apparently. It’s light hearted humor, was Dan’s idea to post (so you obviously don’t know him as well as you think), and was meant in good fun. I don’t appreciate the language, but I’ll leave your comment here to show people how bitter some people can be about some of life’s fun married moments.”
I currently live in Washington DC with my husband and can't imagine living anywhere else or with anybody else! I am a stay at home mom and also teach piano lessons. I love to travel, cook, decorate cakes, sew, ride bikes, exercise, and play the piano.

Looks like my house most nights...

Glad to see you blogging!
I vote that on Sundays the guys do the dishes, especially when the women folk cook the meal. I love your blog Mer.
